About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intake Specialist to join our growing team at Prio Auto Sales. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers applying for financing. You’ll assist in collecting the required information and supporting documents to prepare their file for the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inbound finance leads via phone, email, and text.
- Guide customers through the initial finance intake process.
- Collect and verify necessary documents (e.g., ID, proof of income, insurance).
- Accurately input data into CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with the finance department to hand off completed files.
- Follow up with customers to ensure files remain active and complete.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus.
