Hiring Unit:

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the direction of the Lacrosse Head Coach, the Technical Specialist – Assistant Coach will assist with day to day coaching and administrative duties as required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and distribute on-field team equipment
- Prepare game and practice equipment for the team
- Analyze data and identify trends of team/athlete activity/competency during games and post games and prepare and provide reports to head coach
- Support coaching staff in the implementation of practice and game strategies
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
- Solid knowledge or previous practical experience of the Lacrosse sport is a strong asset
- CPR and First Aid certification is required
- Must be willing to work non-standard hours or weekend depending on practices and games.
- Team player, punctual and organized are considered strong assets.
Selected candidates are required to successfully pass their criminal background check
