Role Summary:
Our Mississauga office is looking for Operations Specialist to join the team. The Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring long-term, trusting partnerships with our customers and sister companies. As an Operations Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the customer experience and managing varying aspects of the customer portfolio.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Execute day-to-day operations by managing varying parts of the customer portfolio which may include external and internal customer service management, inspection, service, quoting, invoicing, quality assurance and more. Tasks to include, but not limited to:

Manage all service and inspection work requests from receipt to completion.

Audit and prepare inspection reports, invoices, and proposals.

Partner with service providers to ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, and proposals.

Resolve customer and service provider challenges urgently and professionally.
· Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders through excellent service and clear, proactive communication via email, phone and in-person meetings.
· Understand and execute customer specific expectations and requirements, both within NSG and in setting our local offices up to be successful.
· Remain flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
· Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
· Manage complex and ambiguous situations while making decisions to best serve our customers and sister companies.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
· Post secondary diploma/degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Strong oral and written English communications skills
· Prioritization and management of multiple tasks
· Dependable, accurate, and detail oriented
· A self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates needs
