Donation Specialist
About the role
Are you passionate about donor engagement and ensuring the smooth flow of fundraising operations? Join Cuso International as our new Donation Specialist, where you will play a key role in handling, documenting, and reporting all donations.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure accurate donation processing and timely tax receipting
- Support donor relations and contribute to donor retention strategies
- Collaborate across teams and with external vendors
- Help reconcile fundraising data with financial systems
- Oversee campaign materials and donation infrastructure
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a not-for-profit fundraising environment
- Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail, donor-centric mindset, and team spirit
- Ability to work from our Ottawa office, Monday to Friday
