About the role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Division Manager to lead operations across multiple branch locations in the South Central Ontario area. This role is based in Mississauga and reports directly to the VP of Operations.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing, hands-on leader with a strong track record in business operations and team development—especially within the heavy equipment industry. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability, managing assets and inventory, developing teams, and strengthening market presence across all business units: whole goods, parts, service, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and manage annual budgets for each branch within your division.
  • Lead sales growth and profitability targets across all departments.
  • Ensure effective asset management, inventory mix, and alignment with market demand.
  • Mentor, support, and develop all branch staff to build a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Set performance goals for branch managers and monitor results using KPIs.
  • Drive market share growth aligned with long-term company and manufacturer goals.
  • Monitor competitive pressures and contribute strategic insights to support future planning.
  • Manage accounts receivable for the division in partnership with credit services.
  • Maintain a strong presence at each branch to provide on-the-ground leadership.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Represent the company at customer events, trade shows, recruitment fairs, and more.

What You Bring

  • Proven financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and business planning.
  • Collaborative, adaptable leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp focus on execution and customer relationships.
  • A natural leader with excellent problem-solving skills and team development experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry , including at least 5 years in management or business operations .
  • Background in sales and product support is highly desirable.
  • A business-related degree or diploma is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Must hold a valid passport and be open to travel as required.
