Responsibilities:
- Accurately and independently respond and complete service requests
- Communicate with clients on-site and answer any questions
- Troubleshoot and perform service to resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Complete paperwork, and maintain our company computer applications
- Maintain stock levels of material in the company provided vehicle

Requirements:
- An outstanding personality and positive attitude
- Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels in the company
- Ability to positively represent the company to clients
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while adapting in a fast-paced work environment
- Confidence to work independently
- Intermediate computer proficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Journeyman/Red Seal
- Previous service experience is preferred but not required
- Current Clean Drivers Abstract and Background Check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00-$47.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Electrical service technician: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Canadian Work Permit or valid Canadian residency (required)
