About the role
As the Director of Talent & Culture, you will play a central role in planning, implementing, and monitoring innovative HR initiatives. You will lead projects that have a direct impact on organizational development, change management, HR program implementation, and enhancing the employee experience.
You will act as a strategic partner to internal teams, helping to evolve our HR practices in a constantly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic HR projects related to culture, organizational development, change management, and the evolution of HR programs.
- Ensure effective change management and secure buy-in from the teams involved.
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Support the Chief Human Resources Officer in implementing key strategic initiatives.
- Support managers in strengthening their talent management skills and HR practices.
- Work closely with various centers of expertise to ensure strategic alignment and coherence across projects.
- Design, recommend, and implement innovative initiatives tailored to team needs and organizational priorities.
- Monitor HR performance indicators related to projects and produce the required analyses.
Desired Profile
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of significant experience in Human Resources in strategic roles focused on HR project management, transformation, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement drivers.
- Proven skills in communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influence management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English to collaborate with all organizational stakeholders.
