Job Description
- Supervising, monitoring and assessing clinical and therapeutic interventions
- Assessing and planning care interventions and quality of life activities
- Coordinating delivery of resident care
- Delivering resident care
- Evaluating
- Partnering with external healthcare providers
- practicing and ensuring universal precautions and Infection control procedures are implemented and followed
To provide following documents at the time of interview:
- Criminal Record Check – dated within 6 months of present date
- Valid RN/LPN License
- TB Screening Record/Immunization Record/ Flu vaccines
- Permanent Residency / Work Permit (Social Insurance # starts with a (“9”)
- Current certification in CPR
- Portability letter within the last 5 years of employment
