The selected candidates will be responsible for performing a wide range of painting operations, including preparation, masking, painting, and cleaning of all simulator components. Work must be completed with high precision and in accordance with strict quality standards.
Les candidats devront effectuer tout type d'opérations de peinture (incluant la préparation, le masquage, la peinture et le nettoyage de tous les éléments du simulateur), en respectant des standards de précision très élevés.
Academic and Professional Qualifications / Qualifications académiques et professionnelles :
- High School Diploma (Secondary V)
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (Secondaire V)
Skills / Compétences :
- Familiarity with various painting tools and equipment
- Ability to perform stenciling, ink stamping, and spraying
- Set up and maintain spray guns in proper working condition
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, particularly WHMIS
- Être familiers avec les divers équipements appropriés reliés au métier de peintre
- Effectuer du travail au pochoir, au tampon à l’encre et au pulvérisateur
- Préparer des pistolets vaporisateurs et les maintenir en bonne condition d’opération
- Connaître les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail, notamment le SIMDUT
Experience / Expérience pratique :
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in an industrial painting workshop
- Un minimum de six (6) mois d’expérience dans un atelier de peinture industrielle
Selection / Sélection :
Candidates will be selected based on seniority, provided they meet the job requirements, are willing to accept the position, and are capable of performing the duties satisfactorily. Candidates must be union members. A functional knowledge of French is required.
Les candidats seront sélectionnés sur la base de leur ancienneté pourvu qu'ils soient consentants, qu’ils rencontrent les exigences de l’affichage et qu’ils soient capables d'accomplir le travail de façon satisfaisante en lien avec les exigences du poste. Les candidats doivent être membres du Syndicat. Une connaissance fonctionnelle du français est requise.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
