A Day in the Life Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and connecting with diverse talent for our Montréal plant in Ville Saint-Laurent. You will be a change agent, implementing innovative recruitment strategies and collaborating with local and national teams. This position is offered as a 12-month contract . You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Recruitment: Leading the full recruitment process for hourly, professional, and managerial roles while building a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Project Management: Implementing a new recruitment process for hourly positions in partnership with an external agency.
- Collaboration and Advising: Working with managers to define effective talent acquisition strategies and advising them on best practices.
- Candidate Experience: Delivering an exceptional and measurable experience to every candidate.
- Events and Onboarding: Organizing campus events, industry conferences, and onboarding days.
We Are Looking For You are a passionate recruitment professional ready to take on challenges in a dynamic environment. You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business.
- Experience in talent acquisition.
- Expertise in employer branding and organizing campus events.
