About the role

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our home sales process from first contact through final selections. This role involves working closely with customers, answering calls, assisting with product selections, making changes to floorplans, preparing quotes, and ensuring all information is accurately maintained in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person
  • Assist with scheduling and participating in customer meetings and showroom visits
  • Help customers with selections of models, finishes, and upgrade packages
  • Make updates and minor changes to floorplans in coordination with the design team
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotes, selection sheets, and order forms
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM, ensuring all customer interactions and data are logged
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure selections and changes are clearly communicated and orders are processed properly
  • Track customer follow-ups and key sales milestones to ensure timely service
  • Prepare materials for sales meetings and assist with marketing and sales support tasks as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, support, coordination, or customer service role (construction or modular housing experience is an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable with customer-facing communication and problem-solving
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Buildertrend, or similar)
  • Experience reviewing and updating floorplans is a strong asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
