THE FOLLOWING LONG TERM OCCASIONAL TEACHING POSITION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:
1.0 FTE LTO - Religion, Visual Arts (AWA2O, AVI2O, HRE2O)
The current end date of this position is listed on the posting. This date may end earlier and notice will be given to the successful candidate as required in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
Applicants must be a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers and have obtained their Intermediate and Senior basic qualifications, as well as Intermediate Religious Education and Intermediate Visual Arts qualifications.
Applicants who hold the specified qualifications will be given priority in filling the position. In the event there are no applicants internal or external after the second posting that hold all qualifications required for the assignment, applicants with partial qualifications will be considered for the position.

In accordance with the Central Terms of the Collective Agreement related to Hiring Practices, filling of long-term occasional assignments will occur without an in-person interview. The Board will staff long-term assignments from the 3 most senior qualified applicants who are available for the assignment, if there are no supernumerary teachers or teachers declared redundant who are placed into this long-term assignment.
