Summary:

DMC is currently looking for a Maintenance Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time contract basis, based in our Val Caron, Ontario Office. The Maintenance Data Entry Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory changes across various work settings. Working under direct supervision, this role requires consistent execution of repetitive tasks with a high degree of precision, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to completing tasks within defined timeframes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry to track and record inventory adjustments in real-time.

• Assist in verifying the accuracy of data received from maintenance technicians and supervisors

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely submission of required documentation

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

• Adapt to diverse work settings, including shop, office, yard, and warehouse environments.

• Follow and adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

• Plus all other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Training in office administration or data entry is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (e.g. Word, Excel).
• Experience in data entry, or a similar role. (Asset)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on timely task completion.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to following demonstrated procedures.
