- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including data entry into our system.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate must have the ability to remain motivated and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
- Ability to work unsupervised and maintain company standards / policies.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Multilingual capabilities are an asset, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
- A friendly attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented environment.
