Part-Time Sales Associate – Era Vintage (The Well, Dowtown Toronto)

We’re looking for a passionate, fashion-forward, and customer-focused individual to join our team at Era Vintage, a vintage store located in The Well.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional in-store experience, supporting the brand’s mission and helping to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Greet and assist customers with a warm and engaging attitude

  •  Provide knowledgeable styling advice and product recommendations

  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

  •  Process transactions accurately using the POS system

  •  Restock merchandise and ensure all displays are tidy and on-brand

  •  Support with inventory management and occasional tagging or pricing

  •  Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand values

  •  Stay informed about current fashion trends and vintage styles

Qualifications:

  •  Previous vintage, or retail clothing sales experience

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  •  Interest in fashion, vintage clothing, and sustainability

  •  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  •  Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
