Job Description
FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Rig Welder with minimum 5 years experience for a temporary role in Burnaby. BC starting August. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Rate for this position is $105/hr.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Rig Welder.

Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket.

Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- WHMIS

Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance.

Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
