In this key role, you’ll support the successful execution of customer support deliverables, helping us maintain our high standards of service and timeliness.

What You'll Do
- Coordinating between Cloud, Application and Business Support Consultants while managing resources and timelines.
- Collaborating with various support teams to deliver an excellent customer service experience.
- Working directly with clients to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues within their server environment.
- Monitoring systems proactively and addressing any alerts raised by our automated monitoring systems.
- Escalating complex issues to higher levels of support or other departments as needed.
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of our standard support offering.
- Learning how to use a variety of corporate tools and systems such as SAP B1, Zendesk, Smartsheet, and Devolutions.
- Assisting in the creation of and maintaining procedural documentation for our internal support processes.
- Identifying opportunities for improving support processes and customer satisfaction and providing feedback to product development teams based on recurring customer issues or enhancement requests.
Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience supporting ERP or IT solutions would be an asset.
- Self- motivated, an independent thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer support environment.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to learn and apply new information quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience dealing with both remote resources and clients is considered valuable.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
- Superior people skills; team-oriented, a fast learner and very personable.
- Understands the importance of delivering value to our customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced support environment.
