About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
  • Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of hotel operations and phone systems

  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

  • Team player

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to provide exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
