Compensation: Starts at $17.20/hour

Currently seeking Collection Agents in Major Banks, Government and Telecommunications portfolios.

This position begins onsite with the possibility of remote opportunities in the future.

Senior Collectors must have at least 3 years of 3rd party collections experience or 1 year student loan servicing experience.

Responsibilities:

Agents will be required to contact consumers via telephone in an attempt to collect overdue accounts. During the process, collectors must be able to answer consumers’ questions regarding their account and negotiate repayment.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Acute computer skills

• Negotiate repayment arrangement

• Accurately update consumer account information

• Utilize various trace tools to locate consumer information

• Clearly document call results

• Exceed minimum performance requirements

• Adhere to strict security policies & procedures

• Adhere to provincial and state laws

• Bilingual is certainly as asset (English, French) but not required

• Various shifts are offered depending on the department evening shift for all departments availability required

• High speed internet with ethernet cord connection (our system is not compatible with WIFI)

Pay Range: USD $17.20 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
