Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in English and Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
