We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Entry-level Event Representative to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a lively environment, and wants to gain practical experience in event marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at various events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Engage with attendees, provide information, and promote products or services
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical support
- Collect customer feedback and data to support marketing efforts
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with the public
- Collaborate closely with the event and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with diverse audiences
- Ability to work on-site at different event locations within Toronto
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or events is a plus but not required
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and based in the Toronto area
