About the role
＜業務内容＞
当社産業機器事業部の営業部にて、カスタマーサービス(納期調整、受注業務)をお任せします。
具体的には・・・
・客先よりの受注管理と社内展開
・製品入荷遅延時の客先との納期交渉と社内調整
・製品在庫管理の推進(各部署連携の上、在庫削減活動実施等）
・客先の生産動向の把握と社内展開

・工業製品を取り扱う商社もしくは製造業での受発注業務、客先納期管理の業務経験
・基本的なExcel操作、PPT操作
・受発注の基幹システムの理解
＜歓迎条件＞
・輸出貿易管理令、外国為替令の知識
・BCP、CSRの理解 ◆勤務時間：
・所定労働時間：8:45 ‐ 17:30(休憩1時間 / 実働7時間45分)
・フレックスタイム制あり：コアタイム 10:00 - 15:00
※試用期間中(6ヶ月間)は対象外
◆完全週休2日制（当社カレンダーによる）、祝日 ※年間休日121日
◆年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、ライフサポート休暇、特別休暇
◆社会保険完備（雇用、労災、健康、厚生年金）
◆確定企業年金、確定拠出年金、財形貯蓄、従業員持株会
◆交通費全額支給
◆社員食堂、カフェテリア（17:30以降は社内居酒屋として営業） 、保養所
◆育児・介護・妊娠・傷病の事由による在宅勤務制度

◆昇給年1回、賞与年2回（6月、12月）

・住所：大阪市淀川区宮原4－2－10 PMO EX新大阪10階
・最寄り駅：各線新大阪駅
【初任地】※半年～1年間ほどOJTを中心とした研修で業務に慣れて頂いた後に本来の勤務地である新大阪営業所への配属となります。
大阪事業所
・住所：大阪市住之江区東加賀屋1-9-1 3F
・最寄り駅：Osaka Metro四つ橋線玉出駅
