ABOUT THE ROLE
Our company is looking for a Director of Sales based out of our head office in Aurora, ON . Responsible for the development and execution of our initiatives for future growth, the ideal candidate will lead a combined commercial team to drive strategic growth by cross-selling TEAM’s industrial cleaning and facility services alongside S.&T., a division of TEAM Group, with multi‑trade contracting solutions in the construction sector. Your role is pivotal in forging new segment penetration, supporting major accounts, and elevating industrial operations.
*Occasional travel to Northern Michigan and Northern Ontario will be required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a minimum of 5 direct Business Development and Sales team reports in both Canada and the US;
- Travel to company site locations as required in the Northern Michigan and the Northern Ontario area;
- Develop and execute a territory-based, multi-service sales strategy across industrial, facility, utility, and commercial sectors in Northern Ontario and Michigan;
- Recruit, coach, and lead high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture grounded in safety, integration, and organizational values;
- Direct integrated solution selling efforts, combining services such as industrial cleaning, MRO, emergency response, electrical, HVAC, automation, and security;
- Manage CRM pipelines, lead RFP/tender responses, and negotiate contracts valued at $500K+, ensuring consistent revenue growth and client retention;
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, municipalities, and utility organizations to secure and expand major accounts;
- Apply market intelligence to position offerings around ESG trends, sustainable operations, and automation, while promoting certifications such as ISO 14001, Avetta/COR, and EcoVadis Gold;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating, operations, health & safety, marketing, and finance to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence;
- Represent the organization at industry and community events, aligning brand presence with local partnerships and regional safety and community initiatives;
- Additional duties as assigned or required through operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Approximately 10+ years in B2B sales leadership within industrial services, facility management, or multi-trade construction contracting;
- Proven success building teams and meeting annual targets ($5M+ in bookings);
- Demonstrated expertise selling integrated service offerings to manufacturing or industrial clients;
- Strong experience with tender/RFP processes and negotiating large contracts;
- Relationship-building skills with senior clients and decision-makers;
- Proficient in CRM (Salesforce preferred), strategic pipeline management, and data-driven reporting;
- Strategic thinker with financial acumen, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Willing to travel regionally (Northern Ontario/Michigan);
- Passion for safety culture; H&S certifications (e.g., COR, Avetta, PMP) are a plus;
- A valid Ontario G Driver's License and Passport is required.
