About the role

SJGHEL is seeking amission driven Human Resources Lead to join our HR team! Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, this role will support the department in various functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, labour relations, legislative requirements and the Hospital’s strategic direction. This role is a combination of hands-on HR duties and leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate must have a College diploma or University degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. It is also strongly preferred for the successful candidate to be working towards or has a current designation as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). The successful candidate will also have a minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in an HR field, preferably in a healthcare environment.
