Résumé du poste

En tant que Représentant des ventes techniques, vous serez responsable de promouvoir nos solutions technologiques auprès d’une clientèle variée. Vous identifierez les besoins des clients, proposerez des solutions adaptées, conclurez des ventes et assurerez le suivi après-vente.

Responsabilités principales

  • Comprendre en profondeur nos produits et leurs usages
  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients
  • Réaliser des démonstrations et présentations
  • Rédiger des offres commerciales et négocier les contrats
  • Assurer le suivi client et offrir du soutien technique
  • Travailler en équipe pour garantir une expérience client optimale
  • Tenir à jour les données dans le CRM et produire des rapports

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme technique ou expérience équivalente
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente technique ou gestion de comptes
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et de présentation
  • Esprit analytique et orienté solution
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils CRM
  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
  • Mobilité pour déplacements ponctuels

Position Summary

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our technology solutions to a diverse customer base. You will identify customer needs, propose suitable solutions, close sales and ensure after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand our products and their uses in depth
  • Actively prospect for new customers
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations
  • Drafting commercial offers and negotiating contracts
  • Ensure customer follow-up and offer technical support
  • Working as a team to ensure an optimal customer experience
  • Maintain data in the CRM and produce reports

Desired profile

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Good command of CRM tools
