About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our sales team.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Administrator will help support the sales department by managing a variety of administrative tasks, assisting with customer communications, and helping ensure the smooth execution of sales operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in sales, satellite technology, or the fast-paced world of tech.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Answer and direct inbound calls.
- Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Support processing of quotes, sales orders, and contracts.
- Help manage CRM entries and generate basic reports.
- Draft and distribute memos, forms, and customer-facing communications.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Technical and Non-Technical Skills:
- Friendly, professional, and clear communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated; comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Keen interest in sales, tech, or satellite communications is a plus.
- Bonus: Bilingual in French and English — not required but considered an asset.
Education and Experience:
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business Administration (or related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools considered an asset.
