What we need
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, the Guest Experience – Site Artisan’s primary role is to provide a safe and enjoyable guest experience in the outdoor areas of the Spa Village. An important aspect of the position will be to act as an emergency first responder providing medical assistance to both guests & fellow artisans. Site Artisans provide customer service, site support, a safe environment and a helpful hand to ensure a guest’s visit is magical.

What you’ll do
- Interact and assist guests to ensure the customer experience is impeccable by responding to inquiries and participate in service recovery when necessary
- Proactively identify ways to exceed guests’ experiences;
- Maintain guest experience and village setup by ensuring company standards are being met throughout the village;
- Respond to inquiries regarding services and facilities and process various payment methods;
- Work alongside other departments to ensure a seamless overall guest experience;
- Maintain general cleanliness in all outdoor areas of the village as well as saunas and Kalla
- Participates in the opening and closing activities of the site;
- Act as the primary first responder for medical calls for employees, guests, and contractors, and assisting in other emergency procedures
- Manage outdoor live fires to brand standards
- Assist in maintaining health and safety standards by identifying hazards and collaborating with other teams to rectify
- Educate guests on sauna culture, Village Code, and other policies related to public health standards
- Complete all required reports including shift and incident reports, while maintaining confidentiality of all documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profile needed
You may be a good fit for this role if you possess the following:
- High school diploma or GED;
- Minimum One (1) year of Customer Service experience – ideally in the hospitality/tourism sector
- Possess a valid First Aid & CPR and AED certification, and experience in practical application
- Be in good physical condition: ability to work in hot and/or cold outdoor environment for extended periods of time;
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time, ability to lift up to 30lbs (13.5kg).
- Good interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;
- Positive attitude, resourceful, ability to be discreet, and calm under pressure
- Demonstrate good judgement, common sense and decision-making ability; particularly when dealing with emergencies or other incidents;
- Ability to meticulously maintain good records;
- Ability to develop strong relationships throughout the organization, creating a sense of trust and support;
- Excellent observation skills.
When
You will work a varying schedule that regularly includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
