We’ve run over 36,000 A/B tests, helped clients like eBay, 3M, and O’Reilly boost revenue, and we’re on the hunt for an Account Manager who’s ready to lead client relationships and drive growth through smarter experimentation.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong initiative and ownership. While we value work-life balance, there will be days with long hours, complex clients, and evolving project scopes. You must be comfortable leading without complete information and enjoy making order out of ambiguity.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for the success of your projects, with a focus on efficiency, timeline, and budget. You will work closely with our CRO team, development team, designers, strategists, solutions architects, and stakeholders to ensure that the project tasks are well-defined, prioritized to maximize value and ROI, and executed in a timely fashion with the highest standards of quality.

You’re not just the main point of contact — you’re the strategic brain behind the project.

You’ll:

  • Manage the internal delivery workflow, making sure that we deliver on time/budget
  • Own the client relationship from kickoff to renewal.
  • Lead calls with CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and founders
  • Set clear goals and expectations for experimentation programs
  • Collaborate with CRO strategists, designers, and developers
  • Keep a close eye on performance data and communicate insights clearly
  • Help clients fall in love with conversion rate optimization (if they aren’t already)

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 3+ years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or technical projects
  • Have 3+ years of experience working in an agency environment
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Confident in leading strategy calls and navigating high-level conversations
  • Can explain digital marketing concepts in simple, persuasive language
  • Know how to tell a good story using data, not just charts
  • Take pride in your work and always look for ways to deliver more value
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including leading meetings and regularly speaking with clients
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Advanced or Native-level English proficiency (both spoken and written)

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience managing digital campaigns or clients in the ecommerce or SaaS space
  • Have a background in digital advertising, analytics, or UX
  • Experience in GA4, Google Ads, and paid social
  • Have worked at a remote agency before

Working Hours for Candidates Outside North and South America

We welcome global applicants, but this role requires availability for internal and client meetings primarily within North American and European time zones. Your core working hours will be 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to align with team and client schedules. Occasionally, meetings may fall outside this window (e.g., 2–4 PM CST), and you’ll be expected to attend when needed.

The remainder of your schedule is flexible and can be planned around these core and ad hoc commitments.
