Summary
Greenwin is looking for a dynamic Procurement Coordinator to support and streamline our purchasing processes across Greenwin. In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in vendor onboarding, contractor compliance, rate negotiation, and managing requests for proposals. You’ll also dive into data analysis to help shape strategic sourcing decisions and enhance overall procurement efficiency.
What you'll get to do:
- Vendor Management & Monitoring: Monitor and manage vendors performance, including fulfillment ofdeliverables,accurate and timely invoicing, conduct requirements, adherence to rules of the job site and scope of work
- Reporting and Analysis: Support in creating, maintaining and analyzing multiple databases. Identify trends, present data, propose solutions and collaborate to implement change when possible
- Request for Proposal & Managing Projects: Support in external communication to bidders. Monitor due dates, push for submission from vendors, compile and store proposals for review and analysis
- Contract Management, Negotiations and Tracking: Serve as main coordinator with the Residential Services Team to collect quotes, negotiate renewal terms, track status and contract execution and expiration dates
- Onboarding New Suppliers: Serve as main point of contact for reviewing, and actioning all new vendor onboarding requests
- Internal Communication and Training: Draft, seek approval and send out internal/external communication pertaining to all procurement related tasks, procedure updates and policies. Cross functional collaboration with supporting teams on training material and sessions
Who you are:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration Degree. Additional training or certification that is a plus (Certified Purchasing Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional) but not a requirement.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience as a coordinator, business / data specialist or administration experience in a mid-size business that is dynamic
- Knowledge and practical application of the fundamentals of procurement
- Analytical, detail oriented, practical skills. Strong analytical skills are crucial for this role
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, able to use negotiation skills, building relationships, ethical and loyal
- Self-starter who is comfortable “switching gears” and able to switch focus on a whim
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, strong using Microsoft office suite programs and a quick, adaptive learner
