Project Accountant
SNR Construction, a wholly owned division of Shindico Realty, is hiring a Project Accountant to support our growing pipeline of multifamily, retail, and industrial developments. - Track cash allowances and reconcile unused funds to ownership
- Prepare and process change orders and ensure accurate billing
- Perform final budget reconciliations during project closeout

- Enter and accurately code invoices for approval
- Manage cheque runs, approval workflow tracking, and issuance
- Prepare monthly invoice templates and progress billings for owners
- Track receivables and follow up to ensure timely payments
- Maintain and update contract tracking sheets
Other Duties

- Assist with procurement and logistics documentation
- Update internal procedures, policy manuals, and flowcharts
What You Bring

- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, and cost tracking
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Why Join SNR Construction?
- Be part of a collaborative and dynamic team building major projects across Manitoba
