Tes responsabilités
- Fabriquer les différentes pièces d’outillage pour la production :
- Fabriquer les nouveaux outillages pour les équipements de production selon les dessins de fabrication;
- Faire des croquis au besoin des pièces à fabriquer;
- Effectuer la métrologie des pièces fabriquées;
- Diagnostiquer les problématiques reliées à l’outillage de production.
- Effectuer les réparations des différentes pièces :
- Réparer les pièces existantes selon les directives;
- Modifier au besoin les pièces existantes.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche selon les besoins de la compagnie.
Nos exigences
- ASP en commande numérique;
- 3 à 5 années d’expérience sur machines-outils à commandes numériques;
- Bonne connaissance informatique
Tes compétences
Très bonne connaissance
- de la programmation sur machines-outils à commande numérique,
- en montage, réglage et ajustement de machines-outils,
- en lecture de plans,
- des outils de coupe pour tour et fraiseuse,
- de rectifieuse tangentielle.
Autonome.
Atouts
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais);
- Connaissance du logiciel d’un dessin.
