In today's complex IT landscape, organizations must effectively manage a diverse mix of traditional infrastructure, cloud services, and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to support their business needs. The Cloud Platforms Operations & Engineering (CPOE) team’s mandate is to build and operate a flexible, scalable, secure and cost-effective infrastructure that supports Co-Operators’ current and future business needs. As Senior Manager of CPOE, the role is responsible for development, implementation and evolution of the CPOE mission.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Manage a team of infrastructure professionals of various seniority
  • Work collaboratively with your peers in CPOE.
  • Support the production of common CPOE metrics and abide by common practices
  • Be accountable for the success of some shared projects as well as projects related to your ITSD partner
  • Support the workload management activities of CPOE by actively participating in triage of incoming workload
  • Support ITSM processes especially for your ITSD partner – change / incident / problem / release
  • Actively manage the work assigned to partners on behalf of your team or your work queue
  • Supporting our ITSD partners / Transversal teams acting as the SPOC for CPOE
