About the role
Tasks
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance interventions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Create and track work orders using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Keep inventory of parts up to date, manage restocking and orders.
- Work with internal departments to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues.
- Produce performance reports (KPIs) and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Actively participate in the implementation of autonomous maintenance programs (TPM).
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (quality, hygiene, safety).
- Perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in computer tools (Excel, Word) and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or automation (asset).
- Experience in certified environments (GMP, HACCP, or equivalent).
