The Millcroft Inn & Spa is currently seeking a Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join their team.

What you'll be doing:

• Monitor staff arrival & departure
• Assist servers during peek hours
• Supervise dining room setup
• Responsible for group billing
• All opening and closing duties
• Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints
• Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge
• To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures
• To ensure all equipment in the department is correctly used, maintained and properly stored and is always kept clean, that inventory preparation is carried out and ensuring department is running efficiently
• To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift
• All other duties as assigned

What you'll bring to the team:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and a strong ability to handle guest complaints
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
