HOURS OF WORK:

The stated hours of work are approximate as schedules are subject to change with the operational needs of the Health Centre. Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The RN, as one of the providers of health care, has a unique role in promoting health, in preventing illness, and in helping clients attain and maintain the highest level of health possible. S/he is responsible for providing comprehensive care autonomously to patients, with predictable and unpredictable outcomes who may or may not be clinically stable. The RN practices in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario Professional Standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Diploma in Nursing required

• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario required

• Current BLS required

• Certain positions require Coronary Care 1, ACLS, etc… please indicate this on your resume and/or cover letter.
