About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Operations, Retail and Logistics teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Direct Retail portfolio across Canada. Specific responsibilities include:
Systems, IT
- Collaborate closely with Operations Process Owners to ensure processes are defined with clear guidance, KPIs, and governance mechanisms
- Coordinate & deploy all tools and processes (Ie. payments, QR, demo apps, Omni services) inclusive of R&D to drive continuous improvements for customers & company
- Manage system requirements with the Global team: alarm, security, inventory, IT, payment devices, etc.
- Promote a process-driven culture aiming to make all stores compliant with standards like PCI DSS and conduct internal audits, business continuity plans, and H&S risk assessments
Inventory Management
- Lead the day-to-day inventory management program, including:
- Being a subject matter expert in discrepancy research, root cause analysis, research path and ability to clearly articulate discoveries
- Support store teams on inventory processes and execute write-ons and write-offs
- Monitor and support the Return process
- Monitor and support all open and failed orders and the metrics required
- Secondary contact to profit protection l
Inventory Allocation
- In close partnership with CA NAM, establish a robust allocation file for stores
- Process store orders in a timely manner ensuring the right product is ordered in the right quantity
- Ensure direct business has the right share of product and escalate if needs are not met
Retail Store Support
- Manage the store consumables catalogue, ensuring consistent availability of critical items
- Organize and facilitate clear and effective communication between Operations and store teams, utilizing multiple forums and platforms
- Support key actions of the centralization of Americas documentation & guidelines to guide Canada stores on operational processes & policies
- Support the intake and tracking of break/fix & maintenance requests for store teams
- Be a first line of support contact for CA market on how stores operate
Retail Store Finance Programs
- Support invoice management, payments and renewals with key Retail Operations vendors, including, but not limited to, GoAudit, Mood Media, Retail Next, Clientela, Consumables vendors, and key partners
- Support invoice management, payments and renewals with key – Marketing, Operations, Training and Optimization, acting as first point of contact for vendors with billing questions
- Support all cross-functional partners, in alignment with procurement, for new vendor setup, onboarding, agreements and billing
Retail Store Development
Participate and support Operations team in task forces for expansion ensuring smooth launches; managing the operational tasks related to new openings, ensuring timely follow up action to open successfully on time and within budget
- Manage and/or assist in complex and time sensitive projects for various business needs including retail development, new product launches, etc.
Other Requirements
- Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30lbs., potentially overhead
- Travel requirement is up to 20% to execute quarterly operation audits
About You

Bachelors degree or relevant certifications/accreditations preferred

2+ years in retail operations or retail project management

1+ years in providing general administrative support

Previous retail experience in the field is strongly preferred

Genuine passion for providing outstanding service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized with attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional follow-up

Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
