We are currently searching for a Building Services Coordinator to join our Bow Valley Square Team in Calgary, Alberta .
Scope As the Building Services Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering customer service through administrative support to the Operations Team, monitoring and ensuring first class presentation of the property and managing the ANGUS and Tenant Services Portal.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Ensure documentation for building audits are organized and up to date, with the assistance of the Operations team.
- Ensure access/Work permits are in place for ALL work performed
- Assist Operations Manager/Supervisor(s) and Chief Engineer with administrative duties as required.
- Monitor and provide administrative support for the Tenant Services Portal and ANGUS program.
- Effectively resolve tenant concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint, including follow up to ensure resolution.
- Monitor and provide administrative support for Angus.
- Conduct “first impression” inspections and document findings
- Coordinate inspections, training, procedures and compliance while promoting a positive health and safety culture in the workplace.
- Conduct janitorial, grounds keeping, waste management and H&S inspections to ensure first class maintenance standards.
- Ensure clear communication with all teammates, tenants, and service providers.
- Assist with special projects and emergency situations as required.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and self-manage competing priorities, and capability to meet tight.
- deadlines and urgent demands.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enrollment or completion of BOMI SMT/SMA will be considered an asset.
- Basic knowledge of building operation systems would be considered an asset.
