Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact with customers. In this role, you are responsible for providing prompt and effective service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to telephone and email inquiries from customers and resolve issues quickly or escalate issues as required;
- Log communication with customers using our tracking system;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products;
Job Requirements:
- College or University degree or diploma;
- At least 2 years of customer service experience;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to interact with people in a positive and professional manner;
- Dependable and punctual; and
- Detail-oriented team player.
