Accountabilities:

• Design and maintain comprehensive automated test suites for APIs, end-to-end flows, performance, and integration.
• Embed QA best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to continuous deployment.
• Analyze system performance, apply observability tools, and implement performance testing strategies.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to identify risks, ensure reliability, and support security compliance.
• Act as a technical leader, advocating for quality-first development practices and mentoring peers across teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure new features and services are delivered with exceptional user experience and scalability.

Requirements

* 5+ years of hands-on development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Kotlin or Java.

• Proven expertise in test automation using frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerized environments (e.g., AWS, EKS).
• Strong background in software QA, performance testing, and observability practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub CI/CD, Datadog, and security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of or curiosity for AI-assisted QA tools and techniques.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, able to work across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
