Summary

We are seeking a Fry Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at Turtle Jack’s Muskoka Grill. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various fried dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your contributions will help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fried foods according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner following food safety guidelines.
• Assist in meal preparation and kitchen organization as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal food quality.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
