Job Description
The Shuttle Driver transports guests to and from the Airport. They are responsible for providing a safe and clean environment for all users. They also help in other areas of the Hotel when not transporting guest.
Responsibilities
- Provide a reliable and timely shuttle service for guests traveling to and from the airport.
- Perform a thorough vehicle inspection (circle check) at the beginning of each shift to ensure the shuttle is in safe operating condition.
- Accurately complete and maintain shuttle logs, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Clean the interior and exterior of the shuttle vehicle daily to maintain a professional appearance and hygienic environment.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly fueled or charged throughout the shift and fully ready at the end of the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
- Promptly report any accidents or injuries and complete the appropriate incident report forms as required.
- Greet each guest warmly with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using their name whenever possible to create a personalized experience.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe working environment through active participation in the health and safety program.
- Adhere to all environmental policies and sustainability programs in place.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- AB Driver’s License, Class 4 license is required.
- Clean Drivers Abstract for the past two years is required.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be extremely responsible with integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Working Conditions
This position is for the overnight shift and requires flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or for the entire shift, as well as performing physical activities such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and pulling.
