About the role
We are a specialized building inspection company focused on identifying hazards and maintenance issues before they become costly. Our signature service is a $300 inspection that consolidates over $1,500 in value – streamlining multiple assessments into one detailed report.
Role:
We are seeking a results-driven freelance cold caller to introduce our service to property owners, landlords, and businesses. Your goal will be to educate prospects on the benefits of hazard and maintenance inspections and book appointments for our in-house inspectors.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to targeted lists of property owners and facility managers.
• Clearly communicate the value of our bundled inspection service.
• Qualify leads and schedule inspection appointments.
• Maintain call logs and provide weekly updates.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Experience in real estate, maintenance, or inspection services is a plus.
Compensation:
• Commission-based or hourly with performance bonuses.
