Learn and contribute to critical backend systems: Under the guidance of senior engineers, you'll play a vital role in developing and maintaining the core of our platform using Java Spring.

Ensure the reliability and performance of our platform: Your efforts in writing clean code, optimizing data models, and troubleshooting issues will directly contribute to a stable and efficient user experience.

Collaborate to build integrated and user-friendly applications: You'll work closely with front-end engineers to connect backend services with user interfaces, creating a cohesive and functional experience.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary is $70,000 to $85,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate, Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you. For this role’s duty and responsibility, we anticipate that you will come into the office three to four times per week.

We get it, you're busy. You have so many other things to do, but it's important to protect your most valuable asset: your home. With Shack Shine, you'll have the nicest house on the block.
We use the latest cleaning tools to ensure quick, thorough and safe service. Equipment like water-fed poles, filtration systems and gutter vacuums ensure that we complete our work safely with minimal ladder use and that we leave your home positively shiny every time. We care about the environment and your property, which is why we don't use harsh chemicals but biodegradable solutions and we compost all organic debris.
We have simple online booking and a world-class sales center so you can easily get an estimate and book an appointment. All services are scheduled for a specific time rather than within a service window. We also offer an annual maintenance program so you can focus on other things.
