What the job involves
- Start Date: September 8, 2025
- Our Sales Operations team seeks motivated and proactive co-op students to join us for the Fall 2025 term
- The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, learning and contributing to various Finance functions while developing their skills
- You'll review of product SKUs within systems to ensure all attributes are populated accurately
- Review of customer data with a goal of identifying duplicates, parent/child relationships and accurate firmographic data
- Support in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce. Update User Profiles, Accounts and Opportunities as a result of employee role changes, employee departures, and new hires
- Support in the preparation of bulk SFDC updates for Accounts and Opportunities as requested by the GRO org
- Manage the weekly X (formerly Twitter) escalation process for approval of Gov Prospect accounts in support of the New Business team
- Support in the tagging of our product feedback with the goal of ensuring that feedback is tagged accurately and consistently across all survey programs in alignment with our taxonomy framework
- You'll gain hands-on experience in Data Analysis & Visualizations Operations
- Develop and enhance data-driven knowledge and skills

- Potential for future employment opportunities upon completion of the co-op term
