Cash for Cars allows the general public to sell any car, SUV, truck, motorcycle, boat and motor home quickly, safely and easily. No advertising, strangers coming to your home, test drives, bad payments, etc. Vehicles are picked up within 24-48 hours and a guaranteed payment is made on the spot. It's that easy! Cash for Cars.ca is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide support for Virtual Purchasing Agents and Sellers during the purchasing stages. The CSR provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart. Through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The CSR provides general administrative support while multi-tasking in a hectic and fast-paced environment. In addition, the CSR will verify all sales details, schedule pick-up times with sellers, and provide post-sale support to internal Copart divisions and colleagues. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, team player, excellent time management skills and outstanding follow-up abilities. This is a hybrid position that allows you to work remotely from your home office. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, team player with great multitasking abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within established company timelines. Assists with any inquiries, vehicle pick-up schedules, errors and sale follow-ups. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor while providing world-class customer service. Performs administrative duties such as data entry, word processing, filing, reporting and other duties associated with Cash for Cars documentation and service. Responsibly handles customer transactions and ensures vehicles are properly and quickly scheduled for pick-up. Assist in the preparation, management and execution of regularly scheduled reports.
REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Salesforce and five9 Experience is a plus. Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills. 2+ years of proven experience working as a customer service, customer support agent. Fluent in French
