The Opportunity: As a Parts Sales Rep, you will call on a set list of target accounts in Southern Ontario to sell and promote replacement parts for crushers, screeners, and conveyors in the aggregate industry. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the products being sold. You will report to the Parts Sales Manager. The right candidate will have potential for growth within the company.
This position is based in Woodstock, Ontario, but the candidate will travel primarily in the GTA region. Applicants must be able to spend 1 day a week working from the Woodstock office.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with target customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate parts and service solutions. This will be a combination of time on the road as well as some from the office.

Primary market is aggregate and material handling.

Identify potential customers and proactively seek new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Parts and service departments) to ensure timely delivery of parts and services to customers.

Work with internal team to prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.

Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements within company guidelines**.**

Achieve KPI’s set out by the company and keep accurate and up to date notes in the CRM.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Ideal Candidate:

Experience in aggregates or material processing either from a sales, service, or operations background is preferred.

Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.

Willing to dig in and continually learn new skills to further their performance and personal development.
