About the Role:
We’re hiring Sales Development Associates to help drive new business opportunities across Canada. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, identifying key decision-makers, and booking product demonstrations for our Account Executives.
You’ll receive structured training, clear goals, and the tools you need to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify potential clients using provided tools and strategies
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Book meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and manage your personal lead pipeline
- Follow a structured outreach plan with weekly activity benchmarks
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driven, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable making cold calls and learning new systems
- Organized with a high attention to detail
- Professional attitude and strong command of English
