Responsible for providing administrative recruitment and talent-sourcing support for open requisitions. Assist with the full-cycle execution of all recruitment activities. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from sourcing through onboarding.

Essential Job Duties

  • Review, revise, and publish open job requisitions to the company careers page.
  • Source candidates using web-based recruiting methods, social media, and traditional means of referrals, networking, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.
  • Communicate with applicants and perform prescreening questions to ensure fit and qualification match based on work history, training, education, job skills, etc.
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordinate details with hiring managers and field-based HR teams.
  • Partner with company managers to form candidate evaluations and to make hiring recommendations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and the ATS to accurately maintain spreadsheets, track open positions, recruiting progress, candidate records, and candidates’ movement within the ATS system.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting status reports including the ability to provide updates and recruiting metrics to offer visibility into recruiting efforts; ensure frequent communication with hiring managers and to Talent Acquisition leadership to offer visibility into our work.
  • Extend candidate offers and support the onboarding process.
  • Assist Regional HRBPs with general HR-related activities.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 5+ years of related experience required; Fully competent in job requirements; In-depth knowledge and experience.
  • 1+ years combined staffing or recruiting experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to departments or middle management.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
  • Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
  • Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
  • No additional competencies required.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
