About the role
We are looking for Service Appointment Coordinator who can offer a service that exceeds customer expectations for our Ford dealership.
General Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments via phone or internet
- Assist in maintaining and update and file customer and vehicle database
- Respond to customer needs and assist Service Advisors in communicating vehicle problems
- Contact customers daily to confirm upcoming appointments
- Receive and answer company email
- Follow-up with customers who miss scheduled appointments
- Maintain regular customer follow-up regarding quality of service after repairs are made
- Answering service phones; maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required
- Assist Advisors in updating customers on the vehicle status and notifying them promptly when their vehicle is ready;
- Supports cashier functions of receiving and verifying payments
- Support Special Order Parts and parts list when necessary.
- Promote manufacturers products and accessories to enhance sales and customer service.
- Maintain reference material for customer inquiries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
