Boston Pizza Shawnessy is looking for a motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take the next step in your culinary leadership journey, this is the role for you!
**Position:**Kitchen Supervisor
Location: Boston Pizza – West Springs, Calgary, AB
Wage: $41,600 – $59,800 annually (based on hours worked)
Status: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support kitchen team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee food preparation, line execution, and plate presentation
- Monitor quality control and food safety standards
- Support inventory and ordering systems
- Assist in training and onboarding new HOH team members
- Work closely with management to drive a positive and productive kitchen culture
**✅**What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A passion for food and creating great guest experiences
